Ingredients

1 tsp butter, unsalted 5 g
1/3 slice smoked ham, thinly sliced 40 g
1 eggs size large
salt to taste
ground pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C/350°F. Butter a muffin pan.
  2. Mold the ham into each muffin cups. Crack an egg on top of the ham. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake in the center of the oven for 15 min. Serve with mesclun.
